We will develop a plan that will focus on those specific needs so you can begin your journey to feeling a sense of control over your health and wellness. My “Consultations” can be done virtually!

Smart Shopping

Navigating a grocery store seeking healthy items can be very intimidating. Don’t fret – I can accompany you! Together we will shop for your grocery items, read labels and choose the healthier options for you and your family. You will feel a sense of empowerment as you learn to shop with confidence after discovering the secret to identifying healthy food. My “Smart Shopping” trips can be done virtually!

Pantry Makeovers

Cleaning out your pantry has never been this much fun! During our “Pantry Makeover” session you (and your family) will learn how to read a nutrition label, which foods to consider replacing with healthier options, insightful cooking, shopping tips, and more! And, nope, we do not need to discard any items in your panty – unless you choose to do so. This session will set you on a course to begin replacing the items in your pantry with healthier alternatives. My “Pantry Makeover” sessions can be done virtually!
